Rosa Roig-Fiol
Founder and Interior Designer
Rosa brings over a decade of experience working with some of Britain’s most prestigious interior design studios - including Sims Hilditch, Berdoulat, and Studio Skey.
Her approach is deeply influenced by the natural beauty and architectural heritage of her home island, Mallorca. Blending Mediterranean warmth with British sophistication, she creates spaces that balance heritage, beauty, and effortless functionality.
As a practising artist, Rosa considers artwork an integral part of her designs, carefully curating pieces that add depth, character, and emotional resonance to each space. Known for her thoughtful use of natural materials and layered textures, she crafts the perfect backdrop that allows her clients’ personalities to shine through in every detail.
Rosa personally oversees every aspect of the interior design process, ensuring that each client's vision is realised with precision and care, allowing them to relax and enjoy the experience of their project coming to life.
Anna Kidel
Brand and Strategy Lead
Anna is the studio’s brand and strategy lead, working closely with Rosa to shape the studio’s creative direction and growth.
Her role blends high-level strategic thinking with hands-on creative work, spanning everything from developing the brand and building partnerships to styling photoshoots, press outreach, and copywriting.
With a background bridging design, storytelling, and business development, Anna brings a distinct perspective to everything she does. She has collaborated with a range of small furniture and interior design studios, helping them grow and thrive. She is also the co-founder of Mythology, a Bristol-based furniture studio she runs with her partner alongside her role at Ro Projects.
