We are always on the lookout for materials, spaces, and ideas that shape our interior design projects. With our newest project underway in the South Cotswolds — and some of our team now based in the region — we have been spending time exploring the surrounding area and discovering what makes it so special.
Known for some of England’s most beautiful countryside, the region is also home to galleries, antique shops, and destinations that celebrate craft and design. Here are some of the places that have captured our attention.
GALLERY BR, TETBURY
Founded by Pep Boixader and Cuca Riera, Gallery BR brings together a fabulous selection of contemporary Spanish art, mid-century design, and European antiques. This carefully curated collection is displayed across a striking three-storey, heritage-listed building in Tetbury, which is a joy to explore.
MADE IN STROUD & STROUD FARMERS MARKET
Made in Stroud is a celebration of local craftsmanship, showcasing the work of woodworkers, potters, and contemporary designers. Paired with a visit to the Stroud Farmers’ Market, it’s an inspiring spot to see how traditional skills and modern design intersect.
TETBURY ANTIQUE SHOPS
Tetbury is a go-to town for antiques, with a range of shops that make it a treasure trove for collectors and interior design enthusiasts alike. Shops like Brownrigg and Lorfords Antiques offer 18th- and 19th-century furniture, decorative pieces, and smaller curiosities. Walking the town’s historic streets, it’s easy to browse multiple shops in one visit, discovering items that bring character and history to a home.

COWLEY MANOR EXPERIMENTAL, CHELTENHAM
Cowley Manor Experimental takes a bold, playful approach to interior design and hospitality. From inventive layouts to unexpected details, the spaces encourage a fresh perspective on interiors, while the café and restaurant offer seasonal dishes that complement the creative atmosphere. It’s a place where design and dining come together seamlessly.
HART'S SILVERSMITHS, CHIPPING CAMDEN
Hart’s Silversmiths is a family-run workshop that has been producing exceptional silverware for generations. The meticulous attention to detail and commitment to heritage techniques make it a fascinating place to visit, with pieces that demonstrate how much craft and quality materials can elevate design.

DAYLESFORD ORGANIC FARM
Daylesford combines thoughtful design and sustainable practices across its shop, café, and farm buildings. The interiors use natural materials and a considered approach, while the café serves seasonal, organic dishes, offering plenty to enjoy for both the eyes and the palate.
SOHO FARMHOUSE
Part of the Soho House group, Soho Farmhouse blends rustic architecture with contemporary interiors. Reclaimed wood, muted tones, and a mix of vintage and modern furnishings create spaces that feel relaxed yet considered, offering plenty of inspiration for anyone interested in interiors.

JULIET'S RESTAURANT, STROUD
Juliet’s pairs a seasonal, locally sourced menu with a simple, understated interior. The restaurant demonstrates how subtle design touches — like carefully chosen lighting, textures, and materials — create a warm and inviting environment that complements the fresh, thoughtful cuisine.
THE BULL, CHARLBURY
A traditional pub that manages to feel both historic and contemporary, The Bull balances stone floors and period features with thoughtful modern updates. The interiors and seasonal, carefully sourced menu create a warm and inviting atmosphere that keeps drawing us back.
