For our Victorian Terrace project, we approach the work with a two-phase setup.

In phase one, we focus on redesigning the ground floor spaces and creating a new kitchen with a conservative approach, ensuring functionality while preserving the home's character. We also reconfigure the first floor, distributing the rooms to establish a main bedroom, bathroom, spare bedroom, and office.

This layout is strategically planned to seamlessly transition into phase two, which involves converting the loft space into a master suite, enhancing the overall living experience and maximizing the home's potential.
