Pricing
1-hour consultation: £300
2-hour consultation: £500
If you wish to discuss space planning, we can provide layout sketches after the consultation for an additional £150.

INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULTANCY FAQS
We will be offering two Interior Design Consultations per month from May to December 2025, with slots assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. To request a consultation, fill in the form on the page above and we will get back to you with availability.
Our Interior Design Consultations take place via Zoom, making it easy for you to connect with Rosa from anywhere.
Before the session, you’ll receive a link to join the video call, along with a questionnaire to help us better understand your project.
Each consultation is tailored to your specific needs, so you can focus on the areas that matter most to you, whether it’s design direction, layout ideas, or material selections.
After the consultation, we’ll send you a recording of the session (unless you prefer not to have it recorded), so you can revisit Rosa’s insights whenever needed. We’ll also provide a follow-up email with any supplier recommendations discussed during the session.
Once your booking is confirmed, we will send an invoice via email. We require the full payment to be made within a week of receiving the invoice to secure your booking.
If your booking request is successful, we will offer a range of possible time slots for you to choose from.
We will send two reminder emails, 1 week before and 1 day before your consultation.
While not required, paying the additional fee for the layout is highly recommended. Without this, it's difficult to provide accurate advice on your space planning. The extra service allows Rosa to create a detailed floor plan based on your needs, which will be developed after the consultation. The layout will be sent to you via email.
When your session is confirmed, we will send you a questionnaire to fill out via email, including an area to upload images or video of your space. You can also upload inspiration images and floor plans if you so wish. In this email, we will also summarise how to prepare for the meeting, with the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
Your preparation can be as minimal or detailed as you feel is necessary to achieve your goals from the consultation.
Clients are often amazed by how much can be achieved in just a 1 or 2-hour Interior Design Consultation, leaving the session feeling inspired and confident in the next steps required to realise their vision.
If you would like guidance on multiple rooms, we recommend booking a 2-hour consultation. For those seeking advice on 3 rooms or more, or for those seeking a more comprehensive design experience, you may wish to explore our Full Interior Design Service here.

Absolutely! Rosa can provide tailored recommendations to suit your space, style, and budget. This could include made-to-order artisan pieces, antiques, and second-hand finds, as well as off-the-shelf options. She can advise on quality and sustainability, helping you make thoughtful choices that stand the test of time.
Yes! We can advise how to make the most of your budget during the consultation. Whilst we are a studio that focuses on using high-quality, long-lasting, and sustainable pieces, we will do our best to accommodate all budgets and set realistic expectations.
We do not recommend specific contractors during the Interior Design Consultations. As this service is global, we are unable to suggest local professionals. Also, given the consultations are limited in scope, unlike our Full Interior Design Service, we cannot assume responsibility or liability for the work of any third-party contractors.
Our Interior Design Consultations offer a lighter approach to Full Interior Design. It is a flexible and affordable solution for those who would like some design direction and expertise, without the commitment of a full renovation. Our Full Interior Design Service offers a comprehensive solution for individuals looking to undertake extensive renovation projects across their entire home. With this service, clients receive end-to-end support and guidance from initial conceptualisation to final implementation.
We do not offer refunds for cancelled or missed Interior Design Consultations. However, if you need to reschedule, we’re happy to accommodate as long as we receive 48 hours' notice.
