BUTTERROW COTTAGE

RESIDENTIAL INTERIOR DESIGN, COTSWOLDS, UK

Butterrow Cottage is a charming home in the heart of the South Cotswolds’ Five Valleys. With layers of history — from its 250-year-old main house to later annex and conservatory additions — our approach is to honour the heritage while adapting the layout for modern family living.

The design focuses on improving flow and functionality, with timeless finishes, natural materials, and a considered colour palette forming the foundation. Original features will be retained and celebrated, and all interventions carefully considered to respect the building’s history.

The project involved a full interior renovation of a Victorian terrace in Bristol, modernising the space and infusing it with personality, while carefully maintaining the building’s original character.
